A bonus is only worth what's left after its terms. This calculator turns those terms into three numbers: the total you'd need to bet, how many bets that is at your usual stake, and the average cost of all that betting at the game's RTP. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent or stored.
How the calculator works
- Wagering requirement = multiplier × the bonus, or × the deposit plus the bonus, depending on the terms.
- Total you'd need to bet = wagering requirement ÷ game contribution. At 50% contribution, every RM1 bet clears only RM0.50.
- Number of bets = total to bet ÷ your average bet.
- Average cost = total to bet × (100% − RTP). At 96% RTP, that's 4% of everything you bet.
Reading the result
If the average cost is higher than the bonus, the offer costs more than it gives back, on average. If it's lower, the bonus has some value, but only on average. Many sessions end with the balance gone before the turnover is complete, and a few end well ahead. The calculator shows the middle of that range, not what will happen to you.
Example: why “deposit + bonus” matters
Take a RM100 deposit with a RM100 bonus and 20× turnover, played on 96% RTP slots. On the bonus only, you'd need to bet RM2,000, at an average cost of RM80. If the 20× applies to deposit plus bonus, you'd need to bet RM4,000, at an average cost of RM160: more than the bonus itself. Switch the “Multiplier applies to” option above to see the difference. Our guide to bonus wagering requirements covers the other terms to check.
What the calculator leaves out
- Maximum bet rules. Betting above the limit can void the bonus.
- Time limits. Unfinished turnover may be cancelled when the bonus expires.
- Maximum cash-out caps on winnings from a bonus.
- Excluded games that don't count toward turnover at all.
- Variance. The average cost is a long-run figure; real sessions vary widely.
“Work out the turnover before you take the bonus, not after.”
Playing without a bonus means no turnover stands between you and a withdrawal. A bonus should never push you to deposit more than you planned: see setting limits that work.
